Planning Board Minutes

Attending were George Brunetti, Michael Milam, Teresa Coleman, Hersey Fennell, Jimmy English, Katrina Banks, Louis T. Hesse, Stephanie Moore, and Bob Corbett.

Topic Flood Insurance

Meeting called to order at 6:30 by Mr. English. Flood Insurance comes by FEMA. In October, we received a letter stating the Flood Rate Maps were updated. In order to stay in good standing, we must upgrade some things. Planning Board must give a recommendation to adopt or not to. Mr. Brunetti made a motion to recommend the approval of the proposed text amendment and finds that it is consistent with the Village’s 2023 Comprehensive Land Use Plan and that it is in the public interest because it will advance the public health, safety, and/or welfare of the Village of St. Helena.

Mr. Brunetti made the motion. Michael Milam seconded it. All were in favor.
