Planning Board Minutes

6:30 p.m.

Attending the meeting was George Brunetti, Katrina Banks, Hersey Fennell, Michael Milam, Jimmy English, Bob Corbett, Lewis Hesse, and Stephanie Moore.

Chairman Jimmy English called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

We talked with David Moore about his property (three lots for three houses). Only big holdup is the road or easement needs to be larger (wider) with a turn around. I need to be 60 feet wide. Also needs fire hydrants. Property also property is located on 117 South across from St. Helena Graveyard. The meeting was finished at 7:05 p.m.
