10. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

11. On August 20, 2026 at 6:00 PM, The Village of St. Helena Council will hold a public hearing at the St. Helena Village Hall, 305 E. Main St, St. Helena, NC, regarding a request by Brajendra Singh and Nootan Singh to rezone a 20-acre parcel on the West side of US Hwy 117, better known as Pender County Parcel Identification Number 3228-93-1555-0000, from R-20, a Residential-Agricultural District, to O&I, an Office and Institutional District.
